D. Max Sims

Max is a native of Irmo, South Carolina.  He received a B.A. degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of South Carolina, where he was a member of the Dean’s List.  He received his J.D. from the Elon University of School of Law, where he served as the Vice President of the Environmental and Animal Law Society, as well as the Secretary of the Intellectual Property Society.

Max concentrates his practice in the areas of Creditor’s Rights, Litigation and Bank and Insurance Defense.  Additionally, Max represents Clients on various Real Property matters, including Title Curative Work, Deed in Lieu Transactions and Evictions.
