Payton Hein

Payton is an Associate Attorney in the Greenville, SC office. She received her Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of Kansas, where she graduated with Honors. She received her J.D. from Emory University School of Law, where she was a member of the Dean’s List.

Payton concentrates her practice in the areas of eminent domain, financial services litigation, bankruptcy, and foreclosure.
