Benjamin A. Barco

Ben grew up on the Outer Banks of North Carolina.  He attended UNCW, graduating in 2005 magna cum laude, with a B.A. in Political Science.  He then attended the University of Mississippi School of Law, graduating in 2008, and moved back to North Carolina. Ben’s practice focuses on the representation of banking and lending matters in North Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas, where he primarily handles: Foreclosures, Bankruptcies, Replevins, and Collections.
