Michael Q. Gault

Michael Gault is a native of Union, SC. He graduated from Wofford College with a B.A. in Government and Political Theory. After a short stint in Washington, D.C., Michael attended the Charleston School of Law and received a J.D. in 2013. 

After law school, Michael spent time as a prosecutor in South Carolina’s 16^th Judicial Circuit. In private practice with Harrison White, P.C., Michael acted as Associate Counsel for the S.C.D.O.T. in eminent domain matters throughout the Upstate and represented landowners against other condemning authorities. 

Michael’s practice now focuses exclusively on eminent domain matters with an emphasis on representing landowners. Michael is licensed to practice in South Carolina and the U.S. District Court for the District of S.C. He is a licensed S.C. real estate broker and a member of the Realtors Land Institute which helps to provide additional insight and experience for his clients in the eminent domain practice area.
