Samuel Lindsay Carrington

Lindsay’s practice focuses on representation of banking and lending institutions in litigation matters in South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia. For example, he has represented lending institutions in the following matters:

• Foreclosures (Judicial and Non-Judicial)
• Collections
• Real estate title claim issues
• Bankruptcies

Additionally, Lindsay represents small business owners and entities concerning corporate litigation matters, including the following matters:

• Shareholder disputes
• Commercial and Contractual issues
• Business litigation

Lindsay is a certified circuit court mediatior and in that capacity serves as a neutral attorney facilitating litigants’ communication in an effort to reach a mutually-agreeable solution.
