Haley Kernell

Haley Kernell is from Greenville, South Carolina. She graduated from Clemson University where she received a B.S. in Biological Sciences. She went on to graduate from the University of South Carolina School of Law earning her Juris Doctor in 2015. After law school, Haley spent about 10 years as a prosecutor for the 13th Circuit Solicitor’s Office. She prosecuted crimes in the General Sessions, Magistrate and Family courts, primarily DUIs, Felony DUIs, and all traffic related offenses. Haley now concentrates her practice in the area of residential real estate law.

Outside of the office, Haley loves to spend time with her husband, Michael and their two golden retrievers. She loves to be active, especially when figure skating and riding her horse, Happy.
