Carl Emmons

Carl is a member of the firm’s Creditor’s Rights Group and is the managing attorney for the State of Alabama. This entails a wide umbrella covering any sort of litigation necessary to protect the interest of our clients. Some examples of the statewide litigation matters that Carl engages in on a weekly, if not daily, basis are foreclosure, bankruptcy, ejectment, eviction, unlawful detainer, title curative, and general conflict resolution. He spends the majority of each week litigating matters on behalf of creditors.
