Brian T. Price
Brian is a native of Chapin, South Carolina. He received a B.A. degree in Economics, cum laude, from Wake Forest University. He received a four-year joint J.D./M.B.A. degree from the University of South Carolina, where he was awarded a legal merit scholarship.
Mr. Price concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate transactions, real estate finance and corporate. In that regard, he works with organizations of all sizes in the formation through the eventual sale or other exit strategy. A part of his practice involves the purchase and sale of closely-held entities. He also assists regional and national banks with documentation of commercial loans.
